Home Programmes

I've designed these home exercises programmes to help anyone and everyone progress, whatever your starting fitness level.

 

They're divided into four categories and each have multiple levels of difficulty to choose from.

Please feel free to have a look at the different types of programmes below. The first one in each section is free!

These are strength-based exercise programmes designed to be completed at home in your own time. 

To help you find the correct level to start at, please use this simple squat test.

Instructions: 

  • Set up a kitchen or dining chair, and have a clock or stopwatch visible.

  • Start by sitting in the chair.

  • When you are ready to begin, stand fully up from the chair, then sit fully down again. This counts as 1 squat.

  • The goal is to complete as many full repetitions of the squats as you can in 30 seconds.
