Step 2
I'll be straight back in touch to arrange a free, no obligation phone or video call to discuss things further.

All being well, we'll then arrange a regular time in the diary to meet and get you going on this new journey!

If you've any more questions at all, please don't hesitate to message me.

Space Requirements
You need a clear space that's large enough to lie down and move freely in. This could be a living room, a bedroom or conservatory. Just ensure that the area is safe, without any trip hazards.

Attire
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes or sportswear that allows you to move freely. Trainers are recommended for foot support and safety during the exercises.

Hydration
I will encourage you to have regular drink breaks throughout the session, so please feel free to have a glass of water or squash close by.

Equipment
We will generally use resistance bands and any weights you may have at home. If you don't have these items already, they are a great investment for your physical fitness and can be purchased easily online or at a sports store. Don’t worry if you don't have any weights - we can modify exercises based on what you do have available.

Technology
Generally we'll use Zoom to video call, which can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Tablets and laptops often provide a better view due to their larger screens, but choose whatever works best for you. Ensure your device is fully charged or connected to a power source during the session.

Camera Setup
Position your camera at a distance where your full body can be seen while standing, sitting, and lying down. This might be on a small table, or using a stand/tripod. The better you can position the camera, the easier it will be to observe and help during our sessions.
Before we begin our sessions, we'll go through a brief tech check to ensure you're happy and everything is set. If you have any questions or need further assistance with setup, please do not hesitate to reach out. Remember, our main goal is to provide a comfortable, effective, and convenient experience right in your own home.
